EngagePHD Blog Tips Tricks Q&A

Ken Young, EngagePHD Training Manager

I’ve been helping people manage their digital signage content for over a decade. I’m a firm believer in keeping things simple when it comes to learning how to use the EngagePHD software. I’m lucky to be part of an amazing team that also believes in listening to our customers and shaping the EngagePHD experience around that feedback.
In this blog series, I’ll aim to highlight some of our most commonly asked questions, as well as feature tips and tricks that I have learned to be helpful.

Converting PDFs to Images

June 1, 2021

PDF files are great for touchscreens where you might want a user to scroll to view a document, but a PDF can be a bit too large for just full screen digital signage content or backgrounds. These steps walk you through using a free website to convert your PDF file to a JPEG image (either JPEG and PNG image files will work).

In this video, I’ll walk you through how to convert a PDF file to a JPEG image using a free website I found online – pdftoimage.com.
You can also use other sites like Adobe, but an Adobe account is required:  https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/online/pdf-to-jpg.html
